"Took 45 minutes to make a pizza and when it was finally done it was still cold... How? Are the workers just smacking their head against it hoping it'll warm up? That would explain their intelligence. Also took 15 minutes to make chicken bakes which I assume was the same process."

"My mother-in-law and my wife have shared a Costco card for the past 20+ years. I’ve been able to use my wife’s Costco card forever and now there is a new policy where I can no longer use it. I was instructed that I need to purchase a new Costco card for myself, even though my wife and I are purchasing food for the same household. This was made known to me with a full cart of items at Costco with a manager saying this is our policy and always has been. I don’t like Costco!!!! It really bothers me when stupid policies override common sense. I love when the manager says,”This has always been our policy.” No it hasn’t, because I’ve been using OUR card for 20 years. How about putting some signs out? Perhaps saying we didn’t mean it before but now we are cracking down. Then I wouldn’t hate Costco so much for wasting my time. Costco you are dead to me. :)"

"I love Costco especially the furniture. The water there is super affordable and I love it when there are promotions. Roast chicken is very cheap and delicious except when they don't cook it too much and it's a little raw. The quality of the clothes is good. I service is fast. I just don't like that they keep moving products around and I waste time looking. It is not common for employees to stop and help. Payment is super fast. I wish there was an option to become a member with just one card and pay a lower fee."

"I don’t tell Costco what I need. Costco tells me. And I appreciate it. Find most everything that you need and want. I think Costco really helps me shop with adhd. Less options and stress than normal store. I buy such a variety of items here from electrical to furnishings and housewares and clothes and all the food. And books. Electronics. Got my phone here. Best return policy. Costco for life."

"I went to Costco to get my membership card, shop, and compare prices. Their prices are good on most things but I saw a few things that I could save money on if I bought them somewhere else. The lady that helped me get my membership card was really nice and helpful."
