"I’m usually very pleased when I walk into any Ace Hardware because I get help immediately but the last couple times I’ve walked into this hardware store, no one asked me if I needed any help or even greeted me and I generally need help finding what I need. I sat staring at fasteners yesterday for the longest time and couldn’t find the fastener that I needed, I walked over to a man sitting on a stool and asked for help and the gentleman basically pointed and said it’s in that area…no help. It was a bit frustrating and I won’t likely go back. I enjoy going to Gordon’s Ace and there’s an Ace Hardware up in northern Utah where every time you walk in the store they greet you, say hello and ask if they can help you. Yesterday at Allred’s, there were three employees standing there but I guess they were preoccupied with something else. Update: I was pleasantly surprised on my last visit, the staff was very helpful although I did have to ask for help."

"We use Ace to pick up our miscellaneous plumbing and electrical needs for the swimming pool builds that we do at husky landscaping. They are always kind and friendly and their service is top-notch. Most part they have most of the parts and materials that we need."

Was greeted by two friendly employees while walking in, and asked us what we were looking for, and walked us to where we needed to be. Cashier friendly and hospitable - even offered to ring our transactions into 2 so we can use the coupons we brought!"
