"Horrible location!!! Homeless camp right across from parking. Trash everywhere! Desk personnel are inexperienced and lack knowledge. Breakfast was unable to replenish after 8:30. I would not recommend staying in this location if choosing a Comfort Inn around OKC!"

"It was nice besides homeless people next to the building a hole in the 4th floor elevator 2 way mirror in bedroom water leaking from pipes in the hallway and hair in the pool please clean the pool"

"This would be such an amazing hotel if the owners and some of the employees were actually there to help you, instead of only being there for a paycheck. (Some) of the staff seem to only be there just to only piss the guest off just by breathing into their own existence and not in it for the guests that chose to rent a space for a day or two here. Oh gosh, and the overnight staff is the absolute worst!"

"The staff was rarely seen but nice. However this place says near Bricktown, it is not. It is in an isolated area with nothing but an over priced gas station a few other motels and easy access to the highway. There was alot trash, homeless people camping & trying car doors. The room was a decent size the view was of the homeless camp. The couch had white splotches that I hope was toothpaste! The TV did not work we had to watch on our phones. The breakfast was not good, no fruit, no juice, they had biscuits gravey sausage & eggs. All in all do not come here unless this area is your only choice then I'm sure it's the best choice."
