"Home Depot vs Lowes? All boils down to preference. I prefer shopping at Home Depot because of the customer service I get. I'm typically greeted as I walk in by someone who is very egar to lend a hand. On one particular occasion I was especially grateful for the assistance of one particular service personnel. We were already in the middle of conversing about a project I was working on when a pushy customer cut in and cut us off in stride. Usually I would tell the customer to wait their turn, but this time I didn't have to. The service representative professionally told them that they were interrupting and ask them to step back and kindly wait their turn as our conversation was coming to an end. That was much appreciated."
