"My son went to this store and bought over $100 worth of merchandise. Then, when he wanted to return some of it, they refused to allow him to return it without an adult present (he is 16). It wasn’t a problem to take his money, but it was a problem to give it back. Bad business."

"High prices. My main complaint is that I called ahead to put a game on hold that was supposed to be a brand new copy. I show up to pick it up, and they found the case, but the game is gone. They couldn’t find it. Why would they unwrap the game and take it out of the case? In my opinion, that is now used. Well GameStop had a used copy, so they got my business."
