"Called in to ask if they took returns because they sold me a broken clothing item (the strap), the manager was rude and acted like it was my fault and I should have checked every button and stitch, she was super hateful. I told her there was no reason to talk to me like that, and there was no reason to get an attitude when all I asked was one question about a return that I just bought 34 mins ago. I won’t ever come back to this location, this location keeps going down hill."
"This place is very clean and organized. Prices for most items are very reasonable. Merchandise seems to be a little higher quality than the other thrift stores in Tulsa, so this could be worth a trip to Owasso for a special bargain. The aisles of clothing are close together and hard to navigate without knocking something off of a rack, but otherwise this is a really great thrift store."
