"If you are looking for a new bank... DO NOT choose this bank. They have the worst customer service. I have called several times and been hold for over an hour each time. If you call to complain about being on hold for so long they get verbally abusive regarding you not understanding how busy they are! I have had an account with them for over 5 years and will definatly be moving my account!"

She knew what questions to ask and made it very easy, I have been to the bank 3 or 4 times before and have always been treated very nice and knew they cared about what I needed. I received a call from Lacy the next day to tell me I had been approved for my loan. I`m looking forward to getting my new car very soon. Thanks Commerce Bank for always making it so easy to bank with you. I`ve been with Commerce since 2013 and have never had a problem with them. I started in southwestern Ks. to southeastern Ks. and now in Ok. I also do business with them in Branson, Mo, when I`m there."

"This Bank is a joke!! There are fees on top of fees on top of fees just to make a payment to them! There customer service is horrible! They also need all your personal information in order to find your loan. Not only your loan number but your social full address ect just to look you up. They also work from home? Idk but we are switching who we have our loan through and will never use this company again! It was a mistake made by the dealership that we even ended up having our vehicle financed with them!! Run away and run fast and don't look back!!"

"I have an auto loan through Commerce Bank that was set up by a trusted and reputable dealership. After 3 months, i feel that Commerce Bank specifically designed their banking processes to impose fee's and penalties. The customer service is non existent online and by phone but is only topped by their poorly designed website. It is now, that i understand how i was able to get that super low interest rate."
