Reviews of Holiday
"The skinny bald manager Trevor and his Clown makeup looking girlfriend are ultra racist. I came in with some of my younger cousins and we are Mexican. He kept following us around, checking the computers, and constantly monitoring us. He then accused us of stealing. I was like why because we are brown? Why in 2024 do we have to feel like we are being persecuted and constantly scrutinized because of the color of our skin? It’s a shame and hopefully someone in upper management can have a conversation with the staff. I feel unwelcome, frustrated, and disgusted every time I visit this location! Be a better human Trev. Also maybe Holiday Oil can do some inclusion and diversity training for these yahoos."
"Don’t know her name just she’s always behind the counter with semi colon eyebrows. I have a service animal in training, she is very well trained but didn’t listen to a sit command because she brushed up against us and she moved to put lemons away. She then continued to ask me if my animal was a service animal and when I answered she asked me if I was sure. I then informed her that it is illegal for her to ask us this question and she got defensive and saying something about how she didn’t know. It’s extremely disrespectful and I told her ADA laws protect me. I deserve to have my service animal “IN TRAINING WITH LEGAL PAPERS” in social areas to continue training. I may have an invisible disability, but that doesn’t mean I’m not disabled. And according to these reviews your employees needs a reality check. Not to mention it got worse because she pulled her manager who was a young lady to come and stare at us."
"I really like this gas station but the staff are really unfriendly and seem putout about everything. Really unfortunate. Hopefully management can address these issues with the staff as most of the reviews I've read have the same sentiment."
"I went to get treats for my son and I. The coworker (a large fellow) made fun of my son who picked out a unicorn drink, and then started to make rude comments about me purchasing a soda. The coworker has ZERO RIGHTS to make fun of a child and no place to comment on my decisions to drink soda. I am so furious I couldn’t muster a word and sat in my car crying. I will gladly take my child somewhere else where he won’t be ridiculed for being himself."
"This Holiday used to be a very convenient stop for me to or from work. After encountering Nicole behind the counter, for what I have decided is the last time, I will go out of my way to avoid this store. I work rotating 12 hour shifts alternating AM/PM, so there are occasions on my weird weekends and random times of the day when I stop to buy a beer on the way home. If it’s Nicole I encounter it’s like talking to a wall no matter how energetic you approach her. Then you get to feel judged when you’re basically a regular there and still get the ID stare down and the scowls that come along with them. I’m 32 years old by the way, I look nothing like an 18 year old so it seems unnecessary and judgey. All in all just a terrible interaction. This is the second review I’ve ever written in my life if that tells you anything."
