"I have not actually utilized their services other than to be seen in office for an evaluation, for my son. Our appointment was at 3:45pm and at 4:15 we were finally called back to the treatment room. However, at 4:45 we were still sitting there when I entered the hallway to see how much longer we would be waiting; considering our appointment was an hour prior. I was told the doctor would be with us soon. When he finally arrived, he thanked me for my patience but failed to apologize for the wait. I let him know that I was not patient, in fact I was highly annoyed. An hour beyond an appointment time is unacceptable. He then apologized and said he’d speak with the front desk staff. Not sure how that would have affected the excessive delay. Did I mention that this incredibly delayed office visit that lasted all of 5 minutes once the doctor arrived, and cost me $2001? I think a kind gesture would have been to waive the office visit fee. Considering it cost me money to take off of work for more than an hour, they certainly shouldn’t get their full fee. Highly annoyed. Would NOT recommend this office for dental needs."

"Everyone was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable in every way I chose sedation due to the drilling into my bone for the dental implant. i never felt a thing and was heading home in under an hour. i have a temporary implant tooth while everything heals so nothing removable and most importantly no blank space for my front tooth. Highly recommend Dr. Wendelken and his team And even big surprise I received lovely flowers a few days after my surgery"
