"I had a very pleasurable experience at Jefferson Dental and Orthodontics. The staff is really polite and helpful , My Dentist was fantastic! Honestly , this was my first dental appt, Ever in my life that I wasn't overwhelmingly nervous or scared. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family and even people I don't know cuz my experience there was awesome from start to finish!!"

"I went here for a root canal. When I first went I was quoted for a cap and crown. Before they started work on me I asked for a large filling instead. The financial manager kept pushing for the cap and crown, but i refused. When the first part of the procedure was complete, the dentist said I could come back to finish and get the mold for a cap and crown. I corrected her, and she said no one told her. I talked to the financial manager again and she again pushed for the cap and crown. An assistant in blue scrubs also heard her quote me 500 for a large filling. When I asked if we could draw up a new agreement, she said there was no need since I already gave consent to be worked on. I went back for the third time and finished the root canal and given a temporary filling. I went to the front and it was the same assistant, but it was a guy with her instead of the woman financial manager. When I asked about the large filling he stated that they didn't offer large fillings and that too much material had been removed to get one now. They apologized and gave me the large filling for free, which would have costed about $260. When the F.manager called me back the only thing she would say is "I do not recall." Over and over again. I've also called customer service multiple times, but they seem to not want to help me either. I also still have the original agreement, and on it are quite a few things they were supposed to do before the root canal which they didn't. The financial manager is a lying cheat. If she had been honest, even if I didn't end up getting work done I would still give them 5 stars. But the lying, lack of respect, and blatant disinterest in helping resolve the issue has ruined my opinion of them. Email me and I'll send pics for proof."

"My son had a cracked tooth, went to them, first visit everything was normal x-rays, exam, np. He made an appt to have it extracted, got bumped, was told they had too many patients on the schedule. This happened 4 more times. This is not how you handle patients. Either you need new scheduling staff or new scheduling software. Do better!!!!"

"Went this morning because I broke my denture in 3 pieces. Not that I expected to get it fixed, but to start on process to get new one. And was told if I was willing to pay for them, the Dr would be happy to ablige. Knowing she never took time to look at my chart before Sending this message to me, cause I had already paid for my dentures on my previous visit. I was insulted, and shocked with level of disrespect communicated by the Dr. at this location. As for the rest of the staff, all were pleasant and professional. I have been back and gotten most of my work finished. My teeth are beautiful. My smile is back to normal and has raised my level of confidence x 100. Everybody has a bad moment, so do doctors. She is professional and respectful. Thank you."

"Very friendly and helpful staff and Dentist. Dr. Carter, Molly and Shanice were all wonderful. No one enjoys a trip to the dentist, however they made it a much easier experience. I will definitely recommend Jefferson Dental to my family and friends. I will also be contacting them for my future dental needs."
