"I Was unhappy with my visit. I was running late due to Traffic which was no excuse and i value you their time.I called the Front Desk and informed them we are running 10 min lates would they like us to come or reschedule. They informed to still come as we did we walked in to a front desk that was upset. Staff in the back huffing and puffing. Like i Said i had no issue rescheduling. They could have been cool but the Attitudes was not wanted and I am unsure of the assistant name with the Round gold glasses and Black Hair skinny was highly unprofessional and should take up their anger with the Front Desk."

"The vision was not a very pleasant experience for our family! The eye doctor that came in was not kid friendly and I feel like she should have been more prepared for a smaller child! This was my son’s first vision exam and he wasn’t very happy. The doctor said “drama drama” I don’t feel like that was very appropriate to say when dealing with children. Dr. Newcomer is who we were seen by."
