"Not dependable. Charged for a procedure that wasn’t done. Dental hygienist came out and told the front desk the procedure wasn’t done and don’t charge for the procedure. We were charged for it over 4 months ago, receiving bills telling us we owe and also starting to receive messages to pay the bill. Called numerous times and the same response each time; “Oh, we’ve been receiving calls like that all day. We’ll research it and get back with you”. Four months and counting, still not fixed. Tried to blame it on a software change, still nothing."
"Very poor. Don't use their web page to book. It's a scam. Made appointment and confirm email. Show up at the time and lady says. Yea we we blocked that. We don't have a Dr today. No hey can we reschedule because of the mess up nothing just sorry for your luck and take your pain somewhere else attitude"
