"Guards are super welcoming and nice people, so are the staff members, but I had to wait 4 months to get my oath ceremony. My colleagues at the US Army got their citizenship within a month, even at the biometrics appointment, the staff had told me I should get my oath ceremony within a month. The wait made my traveling plans difficult. But it is what it is, I’m thankful for their work."
"The guards are so polite and ready to help. Making you feel very welcomed."
"The staff is rude mocked and laugh, and racist and discriminate , they will fail you with a dumb question they made up, trying to test your English . People drive 6-7 hour to there , twice . They have zero empathy for people . Especially for minorities."
"I am disappointed and shocked that this country (specifically in OK) still have have biased people in positions where they can influence and prevent a dedicated residents from becoming a citizen. My sibling took the test with Mr. K Ward but did not pass. Scored 100% in the written test, but then he asked a trick question (not in the study guide) and my sibling failed. I can’t say what the question was because I do not want to jeopardize my sibling’s chance of passing. My sibling spent days studying the test and years learning English to advance her knowledge but mainly to be able to become a citizen but meeting Mr. Ward was so discouraging. I hope the USCIS office reevaluate their officers to ensure proper processes are followed and not solely based on one officer’s opinion."
"Very professional clean and welcoming to those looking to deal with immigration issues like citizenship, green cards etc."
