Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Oklahoma City - Quail Springs, OK

"Worst hotel ever. I wouldn't wish this for a homeless person to stay here. The room had trash all over the floor, everything was broken, it was missing chairs, the microwave, everything! The fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling. When i asked to change rooms, I was told that if i changed rooms, the people I'd be placed next to has doctor appointments the next morning and i would be fined $100 if they complained my baby cried! But you were okay with the party that was happening next to the current room? First of all, how do you know your guests have "dr appointments" the next morning and the next morning was a saturday so i call bull. I was then told to just leave and they would refund my money. When I stopped at the front desk to ask for confirmation of my refund, I was told not until they could make sure I didn't trash the room! Not like it could get any worse but seriously was thrown out even with a baby! I have pictures of everything!! Worst place ever!! EDIT to respond!‐ I wish I could post pictures! I have pictures and video of when I left and asked for proof of my refund being processed and Nancy isn't telling you the truth and you are untruthful as well! From the other reviews, it seems like Nancy is quite a problem and other people are saying the same things as I am so not all of us could be wrong! When I left, there wasn't a cop in sight you liar! Future customers beware! This is how management handles your concerns. Just saying."

"The parking lot was well lit and felt safe. I was welcomed and checked in with ease. The room was spacious and appeared clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and well stocked. I probably saved $70 plus staying here and felt it was a steal. It's not a new property and has some "characters marks," but it in no way affected my stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was okay. I couldn't get the microwave to work and had to call the front desk to come and help. THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A USB PORT!! You have to have your own charger. The king size bed was hard and lumpy. The one good thing was the softness of the pillows. This is your typical run-of-the mill CHEAP hotel!"

"Asked if the hotel was pet friendly. They said yes and I wanted to book a night. Unfortunately, I was met with a rude person who had an accent. As I was trying to find out the price to book a night (with pet fee), they hung up. Not a good look. Do better."
