"Awful experience from the beginning at check in... The guy who checked us in couldn't be bothered to put his phone down since he was on a video chat the entire time. Check in took around 30 minutes... The only decent thing about the visit here was the room. The hallways were filthy and had a odor, you can see the dirt and trash throughout the entire area.Then the guy in the morning decided to keep $50 of a Surprise deposit because we took about 15-20 minutes to be out, which I have NEVER Heard of before in my life! They stood about 5 people deep outside of the room, standing right in the way, seeing me struggling with my dog and shaking their heads like I had Burdened their lives...And he was extremely rude the whole time, at first refusing to Even give us a receipt. It's like they treat all of their customers like a bunch of crooks which I feel they are! I wouldn't recommend staying there to anyone! This place needs classes on how to give better customer service to say the least!"

"We walked in, and were immediately welcomed with the smell of weed hitting us in the face, which continued well into our disaster of a room. Druggies, and questionable people all around the area. Dangling wires let us know where the smoke detector SHOULD have been, but it appeared to have been ripped from the wall with no remorse. Stains all over the sheets, and there was water all around the bathtub floor. If you're thinking about taking your shoes off, don't bother because the carpet is covered in grime and who knows what else. It looked as if the room hadn't been cleaned ever. Overall, the place is disgusting, unsafe, and you'd be better off sleeping in your car. We left within 15 minutes of entering our room, and were told that we would receive a refund...we are still waiting to see if it will happen. If it it doesn't, that's a small price to pay to live."

"NOT A fAMILY HOTEL! Hardly looks like the pictures. My husband didn’t read other reviews before booking here. And I agree with many other reviews.. Let’s just say id guess mot people aren’t here for the hot tub and pool,… the pool the kids couldn’t get in “it wasn’t at temperature ” (good it was full of bugs anyway) The sheets and pillow cases were disguising. And I think there was a CAMERA in the room!! The ajacent parking lot was a lot of homeless and drug deals you could see out the window. Needless to say we were there about an hour, uncomfortable, clearly not safe and we left."

"We’re just passing through OKC on the way to a funeral further out of town. The one thing we were looking forward to was the pool & hot tub and of course both are empty. We would’ve just booked a different hotel if we had known."

"NOPE NOPE NOPE DON'T STAY HERE!!! So for starters, - not even 5 minutes from checking in to this disaster of a hotel one of our bags was stolen - friends we came to visit were not allowed to even come up to our room, with us - laundry is not available over night. My days are already busy this trip, don't have time to do laundry during the day - staff is obnoxious and rude. I don't care if previous guests did something wrong - I'm not them, don't treat me with the attitude someone else earned. - the room barely looks like the picture and doesn't have some of the things that were described - front entrance was locked with no option to swipe key card to get inside. Had to walk around the building to the side entrance. - There's a reason this location doesn't charge the same as other locations. This place is a dumpster and really should be avoided. Seriously save yourself the hassle and just sleep under a bridge: it would be a major upgrade to this place."
