"I bought a new PC from Sandy Best Buy and needed the data from my old hard drive transferred to the new one. They lost my data, I was reassured that they do it often and that it’s perfectly safe. I also financed the new PC and was never given any information on when, where or how to pay for the remainder of it I was just told I would get a link emailed to me and never got the link. I would not recommend trusting the Geek Squad with your data transfers."

"Angelo went above and beyond helping my family and I choose a TV. I had one in mind (I don’t know much about quality TVs) and he price checked and found us an equal deal for a higher quality TV, recommended a soundbar that was a good deal and helped us load our purchase into our vehicle. "I like Best Buy as a company and I make it a point to buy all of the electronics I can from them. I like their return policy if there is a problem, and I like their extended warranty service. I've had issues with this particular store in the past when it comes to customer service though. I'll keep shopping here but if I have the time I'll usually drive further to go to another Best Buy location in a neighboring city. Not bad but not great."

"Their customer service and sales floor people are polite and want to be helpful, but the store doesn't stock spares or replacement parts, and their customer facing staff are not empowered to cut a deal. The open box, excellent condition camera tripod purchased as a gift was a good deal. But when opened, it quickly became apparent that it was missing key parts. It wasn't as advertised. They are willing to take it back and refund our money, but they were unable to repair or replace it. They do not stock or sell spare parts for this type of item. I think Best Buy is a good enough retailer of new items and customers regularly have this kind of experience. I tried to buy something that was on-sale in an opened box. It didn't work out. It wasn't a 5-star experience, but it wasn't a miserable confrontation either. Maybe another time it will work out."

"I love the workers here. So friendly and helpful!! I wish so bad I’d written down names so I could give a shout out to the employees who helped me, but they seriously were the best. Two guys and a girl helped me with my phone screen protector, and the guy greeting and helping people who came in was great too. They were helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. You’re folks working at 4:30 on Tuesdays are seriously the best."
