"We bought my 1st suit a couple weeks ago from the Murray men's wearhouse for my grandmother in laws funeral. We picked it up yesterday and it was as if their tailor didn't make the required alterations to make it fit properly to me. The funeral is Monday and here it is the Thursday night before. We asked if they could fix it and properly tailor it like we paid for and have it done before Monday and of course they in no way could pull that off. Luckily one of the younger gentlemen working at the Murray store suggested seeing if this sandy location had the ability to tailor it for us. We went to this sandy location and WOW!! Everyone here is amazing. I hate myself for not remembering her name, but the cute young gal that spoke to my wife on the phone was amazing. We walked in and she went right to work getting the jacket pinned so it can be fixed. Not only did they jump right up to help us, they're also able to properly tailor the jacket and trousers in 24hrs!! With a funeral on Monday and a new $700 suit not fitting properly, we were a bit stressed to say the least. Lee and all of the people he has working with him, especially that gal that helped us, are amazing people. They are saving us. Funerals already suck. There's nothing like feeling like everyone is looking at me wearing a sloppy suit when I should be wearing my finest. The sandy men's wearhouse eliminated all of our worries. I won't go anywhere else for my dress clothing needs so neither should anyone reading this. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO LEE AND YOUR ENTIRE CREW!!"

"Bad experience. My pants were terribly tailored. I never received a call when they were done so they had no time to fix them because they were “two weeks out” for tailoring when I picked them up (wedding in a week). Just overall bad customer experience. The workers were not very attentive to customers and did not care I was not satisfied. Avoid this spot."

"Clearly reading from their reviews this past month I am not the only one that got treated this way, We went there for wedding attire and found exactly what we were looking for. The staff did not want to help us I asked a couple of gals for help and it was almost as if I was a problem. I found a jacket my fiancé loved and the first thing she said was it was the most expensive line as if I could not afford it. Long story short we found the vest to match and for the kids, jeans and everything else so the inventory was great but staff is rude. They never called me to let me know my jacket came in so I waited several weeks finally called and it was there the lady wasn’t sure why I didn’t get notice it was in. Overall very disappointed with the staff but very happy with all we were able to get in one stop for our wedding!"

"Wish I could give 0 stars, and I'm a person that leave 5 stars alot. They were very rude would not help us, insulted me and my family. We went to them months and months before my wedding. Now we are here a week before the wedding with no custom suit. They claim a suit cannot be made for a tall man with wide shoulders and slim waist. They offered no solutions and blamed it on us when they ordered a suit top many sizes to small. Do not I repeat do not go to this store for a suit. They do not offer customs suits. They simply grab one off the self and try to alter it. Worse experience I have had."
