"Super helpful with customer service! I bought a pair of shoes, and 3 months later, my feet are going numb. Luckily, Hunter was able to help me out and exchange them for a bigger size! He was super helpful and efficient!! Those slackers up in PC definitely aren't worth my time or money! I guess the Zumiez at South Towne Mall is the only legit one around here!"

"We went to this location to try on some converse shoes and found that they had a large selection. The person working there found us the size we were looking for right away. This store also had a ton of Adidas forums which I’m a huge fan of."

"They were soooooo helpful to this mom who knows nothing about skateboards. I planned on surprising him with it for Christmas but didn't want to give away the surprise so back in October I had my 12 year old pick out all the things he wanted and they wrote them down on a post it note with pricing so he could "know how much it would cost so he could earn the money". Yesterday, I showed the sticky note to them and they easily pulled all the items. After I paid, they built it, and gave me stickers for him too. Then add an added bonus, they asked if I wanted a box, then they built the box, put the skateboard in it surrounded by paper and trashed it up, so I didn't have to find a box to fit and do all that on my own So happy with my experience! Above and beyond!"

"Sitting outside at 1130 on a Saturday morning. Supposed to be open at 11am. Must be nice to open whenever they please. Having customers drive from a ways away to sit and wait!"
