"My advice. Run the other way. While my review won't be meaningful to a person with more properties to manage, I can speak to it from the perspective of someone that had one. I felt non prioritized. I could go into example after example but that would likely make this review longer than allowable on Google. I will sum it up by saying communication was terrible and not transparent, setting up meetings was difficult, I've since moved back into my space and see so many broken things that were passed off as "OK" in their walk through. I imagine being only a little guy with one rental put me down on the scale of importance. But I felt non existent. I've waited a few months before writing this just to let my anger/frustration subside."
"Landlords stay away! Wolfsnest has already many bad reviews from Tenants but I want to make sure Landlords realize that Wolfnest is bad partner in any way and I have examples below to support my statement. The experience with Wolfsnest has been a really bad one. 1) The Sales agent handling my account just went “dark” on me- leaving me scrambling to find another company. Last minute I got a call from another Sales person telling me that person had left and promising to deliver better service. 2) I drove 700 mi+ from CA to Salt Lake City to meet with the Sales person and my Property Manager - my Property Manager never had time for me. When asked to meet me at the property I was totally dismissed, I was told people at Wolfsnest work from home on Fridays and asked to just write everything down. There is 0 excitement or compassion at Wolfsnest to take ownership of a property and do the right thing. 3) I created detailed documents, labeled pictures, created key copies, left maps and folders for Wolfsnest and got little to no acknowledgement that my direction would be followed. At NO time did I feel Wolfsnest actually cared about my property. 4) When asking to provide Maintenance services or help with a refrigerator delivery I was constantly reminded that every service costs extra and for the fridge delivery the person could not wait around so I had to more or less coordinate the whole thing over the phone from work in CA. 5) There is zero flexibility with vendors performing cleaning and maintenance on the house. Everything has to go through Wolfsnest - often costing much more than usual. 6) I cancelled my engagement with Wolfnest as soon as all this became apparent and was still charged money for "photographer fees" and "Zillow fees". I gave direct feedback to actually help them become a better partner in the market and was offered a small discount but there was no way to cancel the fees and for them to acknowledge they had offered no support for my first investment property."
"This property management has been terrible to work with. Starting off, it's impossible to talk to anyone on the phone. They hire a 3rd party company to answer their phones, and when I leave a message with this company, I never get a call back from Wolfnest. The lack of communication on their end has been very frustrating. We had vendors just walk into our house without knocking or informing us they were coming, and the vendor told us wolfnest told them our house was vacant. This townhouse was not move in ready. The garage door was broken and took a month to get fixed. Our hot water heater was broken, and it took 12 days to get fixed! The fireplace doesn't work, and we were told that it's a nonessential issue and the landlord decided not to fix the problem. If you don't pay rent on the last day of the month it's considered late and they add a late fee. To sum it up, I would never rent from Wolfnest property management again."
"Wolfnest had several available properties in the area I wanted to live, which was nice since it provided me with a few options to choose from. The application process was very quick and easy and I got to move in very quickly. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience."
