"i have never nor will i ever live here but having a sign outside the apartment complex that says “keep dogs off lawn, you will be prosecuted” is ridiculous."

"This landlord should be investigated because you cannot legally tell people their children cannot play outside or run around let alone not be able to play on the grass or even in their own back patio. I am sure if someone were to take her to court and show them all of the "rules" and the aggressive notes she always leaves on everyones doors they would win the case, not her..... These apartments are old and falling apart and she makes tenants pay for things to be fixed that they never broke and those problems have been here long before most of us moved here. I hope she gets investigated or taken to court because what she is doing is not legal."

"I live here, and I love it. It is very safe and quite place to live. I never lock my car. Judith Cooley (owner) is very strict which I like it. I do agree with the other review, there are many rules but for a family that has kids is great. I have never had any problems with her. Maintenance was done quick when I requested. The pest control guy comes every month."

"The bad reviews on this page are absolutely absurd and ridiculous. All of you whining and complaining know damn well you either didn't pay your rent or didn't follow the rules. There are a lot of rules. So what! Do you see trash angehere? Bugs? Drug addicts? Anything? No. Because there are rules. If you want to live rule free go buy a house. I think Judy is actually delightful to work with. She is to the point and she actually cares about kids and them being safe. We pay our rent on time and keep our apartment clean and we have had zero problems. You people on here making up lies because you couldn't follow rules that you didn't agree with need to grow up."

"I also live here for adout 3 years. The rules are very strict especially about their asphalt and about who can come in on it. Since I've lived here there have been many rules added. Some do not apply to me and some do but not the point. The point is they're willing to add whatever they want to benefit them. It's very manageable to live here but some times it feels like your always being watched. Rent is also the cheapest I have seen around for a 3bed 2bath. They do provide bug control which is amazing. I haven't seen a single solitary bug since I've been here."
