"I'm a current resident since July, 2020. Residents tend to be more long term. Nice people that live here; very caring. Animals are permitted depending on breed and there is a newer dog park here. Compared to the newer apts being built, The Falls has large apts with terrific square footage! Rent is competitive. Mgmt & leasing staff are professional, knowledgeable, & approachable. Maintenance is amazing! They show up quickly and get the job done right! It's so nice to know the amenities here are clean, available and well maintailed. Options to Size units, are generally available. Clubhouse is one of the nicest I have seen! Amazon hub, locked mailslots, water, trash and sewer added to rent. It's a larger property and community. So close to Stores, & necessities. South Ogden trail is right by making it great for daily walks. There are plenty of kiddie play areas Diane leads Management here and does a magnificent job. I was so lucky to find this warm, lovely location. Thank you Mgmt, Staff, Leasing, & Maintenance for all of your hard work keeping us residents happy here! Also the tea/coffee/ cookie station is so nice to have during the cold weather! Graciously, Linda and Lilly"
"It was the best apartment I've lived in yet. It has very nice interior, nice floors very roomy, though I wish the parking was a bit better, there were some times when I came back from the store someone was in my shaded parking spot."
"Owned by Avenue5, which is not Better Business Bureau accredited as of this comment, with a whopping 1.1 stars and hundreds of complaints on the official BBB site. There is no flexibility, you will get charged for damages caused by the weather, specifically the doors, as the windstorms in the region are famously bad. They will charge you tons for cleaning fees upon move out, ignoring the wear and tear of normal use on the cheap bathroom fixtures. We lived there for 4+ years and prices were always rising at a rate unsustainable to maintain for Anyone who wants long term residency. They will also gouge you if you need to extend for 1 month only. Increasing the cost by about $700. The people there are nice. Too bad the big company that owns it will wring you dry"
"My family and I have lived here for about 4 months now and it has been wonderful! When we had to move states and get here on very short notice, it was one of the first places that really worked hard to get us in. Dianne, Sadie, and Jade are all wonderful, helpful, and so sweet. Even when we had a few maintenance issues upon moving in, they made sure to get everything fixed right away. Maintenance was fast and friendly. Our apartment is very roomy, the grounds are kept up nicely, lots of parking, an Amazon delivery hub, pool and spa, 2 kids play areas, and a dog park on the property! There are plenty of stores and fast food very close by as well. We are very happy we chose to live here! Thank you ladies for everything, we look forward to the rest of our time here."
