"I wish we have the opportunity to put a zero star, that would have been my option, Christi Gidden has cost more pain to us on our immigration journey, all she cares about is money. we contacted her to help with our case, she was accessible before we made the payment but as soon as we finished making our payments, she wouldn’t pick her call nor respond to my husband’s text messages and even if she responds she is usually nonchalant and doesn’t give feedback on how our case is going, at some point we had to dig up our own immigration information online. This is so bad because we contacted another lawyer and we were asked us to bring our documents but Christi has refused to send them what she filled on our behalf till date. she as made the whole process more difficult and complicated than it should be. if you ask me this is true definition of wickedness, Just so you know I might not have all the power to get my documents from you but I have God who will definitely help me. I have proof of payments, all the messages I sent both the once you reply to after a lot of pressure and the once you didn’t respond to, all I want at the moment are my documents."

She won’t pick calls, only responses to text whenever she can, won’t provide clients folder when requested and won’t give updates to cases that client’s life depends upon. Just wasted years trusting that she was helping. Writing this review with so much pain. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star she got."

"My sister and her family went through this law firm and I can confirm that her experience was terrible. They have Poor communication skills, little or no empathy to situation and even refused to send in documentation after they requested for it just to mention they paid in full for this service. I don’t think there is any law that states not to give a client their own filings if they request for it. If you have an intention of going through this law firm well I can’t assure you of a great experience."
