"I just moved in yesterday. I relocated from Florida and Amity made my long distant transition very smooth. She was quick to respond to my questions which made moving into the community, sight unseen, seamless. I had a list of 4 or 5 choices & chose Cascades of Southern Hills because it is a pet friendly community with a dog park, have a fitness center, and the rent is within my budget. I was pleasantly surprised to see the community is gated. I love the layout of the apartment and NO carpet. I'm looking forward to making this my home for years to come."

Her communication with me during my maintenance request was so informative and caring. I felt taken care of. I understand that stuff happens and she is doing the best she can and that is enough. "I am still very sad that I was forced to terminate my lease with this place. After not having heat for months, no hot water for 2 weeks (same time as no heat), constant flooding, and maintenance that literally don't clean up once they're done (hole in the wall that had exposed pipes underneath my kitchen sink when they patched a leaking pipe), I had no choice but to move since nothing got done during the coldest days of winter in 2022/23. Ever since Grey Star took over, it's been a huge joke. I loved this place before, even the oldie version of the 1 bedroom was my home. I would still be there to this day if the treatment I received was not as bad as it was. It took me almost a year to write this review because I was just so over that place. I will take the responsibility of the things I did (ex: stained bathtub from a bath bomb), but when I was charged for carpets after they knew I had flooding issues for years, it's crazy. It's even crazier when I called emergency maintenance around 2am for a small flood in my bedroom and I didn't get a knock on my door until 8-9am that day. I know times were tough, but it literally made living there a chore and I will never suggest this place. The final nail in the coffin were the DAYS of asking for help and updates, it was always "we'll let maintenance know." When I terminated my lease, I was asked, "But it's fixed though, right?" Why yes Amity, it was fixed, but after months after asking for updates on parts and going without heat for months nor a shower for 2 weeks. I hope Amity is having a great day, because I sure am at my new place. Best wishes... stay kind."
