"So I finally got around to giving this company the review they deserve! I will first start off telling any new hires to read the reviews on Glassdoor! The 1 star reviews are the most accurate about working at Paycom! If your company that you are at or thinking about applying for has a better rating than Paycom 3.5/5 stars. It’s because the job is probably better. I left a company that had a 4.3 rating for Paycom’s measly 3.5 rating. This gap makes all the difference. You can go to loving your job at Paycom to hating it so fast with how much they will move you around. Tell you that you are good enough, loved, and supported. Until you have one bad day. Paycom will fire you so fast. Paycom employee satisfaction has dropped severely! Paycom hired and fired people every day of the week. They will hire 150 in one day because they probably fired 160 people the previous months. Which makes a bunch of people running around corporate wondering what they are doing. Do you know how many times I’ve heard from established people in Paycom they have no idea what they are doing and the direction of the company is bleak. Paycom is a sinking ship and their CEO is getting sued into oblivion for thinking their one stop shop HR software is enough to compete with the big dogs of technology. Guess what, it’s not enough and there are endless amounts of HR software companies can choose from. There are a lot of niche companies where they don’t need all these extra Paycom offers or sadly enough. Paycom doesn’t offer it. I hope Paycom will start treating people as humans and instead of numbers. One of the most repeated reviews on Glassdoor about Paycom is how everyone is there for the money and that is all that keeps you going. I had high hopes for this company and I tired twice and many times again to give this company my all. They always took it and stomp on it. You will find people around Oklahoma with a special opinion for Paycom. It’s either love or hate. On the outside, it’s mostly hate. Hate for how Paycom treated them for when they were employed at Paycom. Paycom fired them like they were nothing just how they did with me. They don’t care about you! If you care about the money! Paycom is the place to work! P.S. They paid me a bonus when they fired me so I guess they are okay. P.S.S Paycom deletes/shadow bans any bad reviews of them on Google maps. Typical"
