"I really wanted to find a nice Asian place near me. This was our first time ordering. I was super disappointed. I ordered Mongolian beef and it was way too hot, the California rolls were not seasoned at all (Smith's has better rolls). The sushi rolls did not come with any soy sauce or anything else sushi normally would come with ie wasabi or ginger. We also ordered sweet custard buns from their dessert menu. When my husband went to pick it up they said they were out of those and instead of 6 custard buns they gave us 3 dessert buns and 3 buns with unknown filling. I am not sure what is inside of them, it is definitely not sweet. Why would you replace dessert item with something savory? They could have taken the item out of our order completely or substituted with another dessert. Overall extremely disappointed. Food is not great, service is not great and it was not cheap either."

"I am bummed out that that I have to give a low rating of this place. All the other reviews made it seem like it was going to be a great option. We tried it for the first time and were not impressed. When I came in for a Friday night dinner, the place was empty, the adult working the cash register was slumped over the counter playing on his cell phone. When I came up to order he wouldn't look up from his phone. So when I finally got his attention he set it aside and after I ordered he barely handed me my receipt before he went right back to his phone. Not a review of the food, but extremely poor image and customer service. When we did get our teriyaki chicken bowls home, there was no sauce on it. Apparently you have to ask for the teriyaki sauce separate if you want any teriyaki sauce on your teriyaki chicken order. That didn't make any sense to me. I really do think it would have tasted good if I had sauce, but it was just plan grilled chicken in plain white rice without it. We may get around to giving it another shot because, like I mentioned before, it seems others are having better experiences, but for now I can't recommend it over other places nearby."
