"Tonight was my daughter’s birthday so my husband went to order her favorite burrito. A steak and Egg . We ordered 4 steak and egg burritos. When we got home it was 4 bacon and egg burritos. We drove back to tell them they got our order wrong. They said “ There’s nothing we can do” So we asked for a refund and because we paid with cash they tried to short us $2. Our family has been a loyal customer for many years. We will never go back after the two rude teenagers working tonight. Would it have killed them to make us the right food?"

"The food is almost always good. Unfortunately, our service today was poor. We were getting sauces and a man came and told us there is only one allowed per customer. We have never been told this before, it is not written anywhere and no price pretty sauce listed. If that really is the case they need to make it clear at the register. He treated us like thieves and sat and watched us until we paid for the extras. We've been consistent customers, but I don't know when we'll be back."

"I decided to take my family here for a dinner, we arrived at 9:36pm, they refused to let us dine in, the reason was because the person who cleans the table wanted to go home, she told me they close at 10:00pm and that the dinning room was closed for the day. The “Open” sign was on when we got there and the schedule says 10pm. Very uncourteous and unprofessional place to eat. The burritos were just fine though."
