Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

"We LOVE the food! Good variety to choose from. Generous portions. Fresh, too. We prefer to get take-out and eat at home. The only real complaint is that the folks who dish up your order aren't always paying attention to what you tell them, like "No sour cream, please," but they put it on anyway. (Which I just scrape it off later.) We still go back often because we love the food."

"Edit: bumping my review up to 4 stars. After a several month break we decided to give it another chance. Three times in a row they've been fully stocked & given respectably large portions. Seems like there was a staff change or something. It is much better now. Might bump it to 5 stars if I have a few more good experiences here. OG Review: Definitely the worst Cafe Rio I've been to. Went at 5:30. Out of shredded lettuce, out of beef, out of shredded chicken. Salad was barren. Only one in drive thru and it took 20+ mins to take my order and make it (1 salad, 4 tacos). (Picture is the salad after literally 2 bites. There were like 8 peices of lettuce in the whole thing.) Management seriously needs to intervene and improve this location before it dies."

"Ordered nachos and 2 salads, if you know the boxes, they’re pretty tall. Well the drive through decided that putting all 3 incredibly tall and slick boxes on top of one another was a great idea. Long story short, the incredibly top heavy bag falls over and spills a whole thing of ranch, makes a mess all in the bag, spills onto the seat and ruins one of the $11 salads. Then even after my immense frustration, the nachos were made with stale chips that taste like they’ve been sitting out all day beforehand. So of my $33 purchase I was only able to enjoy $11 of what wasn’t ruined."

"I have been to this location many times and while the food always tastes good, the service, the availability of the food items that they say they have, and the cleanliness of the facility are lacking in a big way. Almost every time I have gone and tried to order something I am told they do not offer that or that they don’t have any and they have run out. The staff is really hit or miss as to whether they are kind or just seem a little bit inconvenienced by your presence. it blows me away that we paid $30 for four tacos, and we were not even able to get our first or second choice of what we had originally wanted. I’m not one to leave negative review, but this is the fourth or fifth time in a row that I have had a less than stellar experience at this café Rio location."

"There was no one here, so we were able to just walk in a get our food. The staff were friendly, the inside was super clean, and the food was pretty good. It's definitely a good Cafe Rio spot."
