The employee's will not grind it for me; said its policy to say no, however the north ogden location will! Super annoyed with this lack of customer service. 2 stars simply bc they’ve fixed good drinks in the past; WAS going to buy a drink while I waited, instead went to Dutch Bros."

"I was running an errand for work today at Smith's. Starbucks called my name and I was in line for a Frappuccino. The flavor was Caramel Ribbon Crunch, double shot! It was an awesome drink! I finished a large within the hour and was pretty filled up at that point. I did not get a name but the young lady who helped me had outstanding customer service!! Thanks Starbucks, y'all made my day!"

"I Have to say, this is going to be another of one my most favorite Starbucks spots! But this one is hidden inside smiths (a hidden gem) the Cashiers that rang me up was incredible!
