McDonald's 902 South Main Street, Brigham City, UT 84302

"Went here for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday because she loves McDonald's. The staff really struggled. They seemed to have lots of people working, but they couldn't keep up. They forget our drinks. Our food came out, and then I went back up and waited about 5 minutes for them to get 2 drinks. It was pretty cold in the restaurant, so of course the food wasn't hot by the time I got back to eat it. The fries seemed undercooked. I don't know if they were pulling them out early to try to keep up. The drink machine was not working. That probably contributed to the staff not keeping up. Another patron commented that "the drink machine is always broken." I should probably give 1 star, but I feel bad for the workers."

"I ordered on the mobile app which is great by the way. I had just gotten off work nobody made dinner so I decided to go to one of my favorite take outs. But this was not my normal take out store. Got there and was greeted nicely. Got to the last window to get my food and it was practically thrown at me and have a nice night and the window shut. These young kids these days want a paycheck but don't want to work respectfully for it. Anyway, my fries were coldish and disgusting."

"It's not just this location. I tried using the ordering kiosk and of course it doesn't work so I go up to the counter and wait for 5 minutes people are looking at me but no one is coming up to the counter. I then go to a different kiosk and that does work. I don't come to McDonald's for the food it's really not that great but I come here for fast food. Getting food fast. The service level has dropped way down to what it used to be and people are not friendly anymore and people look at you when you're standing at the counter and the service level is super dead at McDonald's restaurants. And honestly the price is about the same as a sit down restaurant. Next time when I'm in a hurry I might be going somewhere else because of these reasons."

"Went to this location Monday night around 10:30pm. We were waiting forever for our food. We had 2 free meal things we brought to the window. We got 2 deluxe chicken sandwiches, a medium and large fry and 2 drinks. My fiancé asked for extra mayonnaise on his sandwhich and we got home to find his sandwhich looked like this. The chicken was burnt and nasty. We were not pleased at all."
