Went back to purchase the item and the guy came to the car...apologizes for not selling me the part the first time. Then he proceeded to assist my husband with getting the part installed. I will definitely be back in the future and recommended them. Great experience."

"Bad. I asked for the price for a used part, their quote was 40 dollars, 10 dollars over what a new part from the dealer was (30 dollars). After finding that out, I called back to inform them of this, hoping they would realize they were overpricing the part and offer the used part at a fair price. Wrong, the response I got was: What has that got to do with anything? I replied, You don't see anything wrong with that, asking more for a used part than what a new part cost? I then told them I was going to report them to the BBB, at which point the desk clerk hung up. I am making good on reporting them to the BBB, and I will never do business with Shady Nook. They are as their name implies, shady. They are/were rude, greedy, and unethical. I wound up buying the part I needed from the local Dodge dealer. Beware, everyone, these guys will rip you off if you let them ! Don't let them."
