"I truly wish zero stars was a rating. Extremely unreliable. Just...really, really unreliable, even on basic, non-schedule scrips, and if you have a choice to go elsewhere, I would do so. In over FIVE YEARS I have never had a scrip filled here without having to dog them about it. If you use their automated refill thing, you still have to call and talk to a human to make sure they are filling it, otherwise they won't, so I'm not sure the automated service even works. When you arrive to pick up your scrip, it is often a 20 to 30 minute wait for a thing that is supposed to be ready to go out the door, so I am not sure they don't just wait to fill things until you are physically in the parking lot. They can be very slow to fill out/send paperwork as well, sometimes you have to bother them to do it, further complicating things. I am not sure what's going on here, I don't think it's malicious, they aren't bad people at all, but they can't be relied on to help you, and that is incredibly sad. I hope they do better, I am glad some people have had good experiences, but that isn't the norm here and you should not expect it to be. Go elsewhere if you can."

"Majority of the people that work here are extremely rude. They do not get in any kind of hurry for any reason. Takes 3 days for them to send a request to another pharmacy then 2 more days to fill the 1 prescription..."

"I wish you could give zero stars. Waited for a prescription that they never called me back for payment, left a couple messages since the pharmacy didn’t take my calls. After an hour i called the front desk who were very nice. You could let someone know instead of making them sit all afternoon for something that should Be ready for pick up!!!!! Will be switching out of this place as soon as I find another dr to see my son."

"ACT Pharmacy screwed me over. They filled two of my prescriptions for a 30 day supply and charged my insurance for a 90 day supply... So when I ran out after 30 days I had to pay cash price for this month and I will have to do the same next month. They never answer their phones, not even to another pharmacy... (I was trying to get my prescriptions transferred over.) I will never fill here again."
