"Nicely sized store with plenty of products. First time at this location and was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. Hardly any lines and no spot was cramped with people. Very nice experience compared to Owasso's Sam's Club."

"I have always had a pleasant experience when picking up my online order. Not so much today. The associate did not verify who I was much less speak. She went to the back of my car, unloaded my purchase, all but slammed my hatch, and left where without uttering a word. Fortunately, I will not let that bad apple prevent me from dealing with them again but I won't allow that behavior again. I noticed she did the same to the car next to me as well. I can't believe this is the way Sam's Club wants their customers treated. A side note, I received my order complete with no damage."

"It's the same old stuff... Costco gets in New high quality products, but Sam's. No. I asked them for 2 years to bring in Bison meat, ground, and steaks, but they never do. They have it online, but never in the store."

"I'm not sure this review is going to be 100% fair for Sam's but they're the ones that allow people like this to operate in their stores. Took the family to this store yesterday. Upon entering the store we were greeted by an employee and he was very friendly. Then I ran into a young lady wearing an AT&T badge. She asked me "who is your phone provider?" I told her it was Consumer Cellular. She immediately went into insult mode by saying: "isn't Consumer Cellular for old people?" My response was a polite one. I said: "that's what they want you to think. You actually save a lot of money with them." She had a smile on her face and she didn't know what to say after that. I slowly walked away."

"This is a big Sam's club . A really good experience here. A big selection of different products. Electronics , food . Outdoor activities, clothing, books . movies and many more items . You can buy in bulk to save some money . But the food court is very small"
