"Uneducated, rude cashiers. To be expected of course, but this isn’t Walmart. Love pocketing things from their self check out because they’re too lazy to do their job. Thanks CVS!"
"Terrible service. Never enough help waited 3 hours for two prescriptions then they only had one ready and I said when will the other one be ready and she said how about tomorrow. Forget this place go to Walgreens"
"I really enjoy shopping this CVS Pharmacy store on South Memorial. Tiffany continues to be the best customer service employee for CVS. She helps me tremendously at checkout and finding what I need! I no longer shop at Walgreens or Walmart. Here's the place to shop with coupons and excellent service! Go Tiffany! Scott"
"Simply the worst service I have received on a consistent basis from any retail establishment. Several years ago, CVS was my pharmacy of choice. They were close to my house and they were big enough that they should have everything I need, or at least that was my reasoning. It didn’t take long for the problems to begin. First they notified me that my prescription was ready. I drove to the pharmacy waited, at the drive through, because I didn’t want to make them sick, and when it was finally my turn, the technician informed me they didn’t have the drug to fill my prescription and it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Grrr. The second problem came when I ran out of my monthly script of high blood pressure medicine. I thought it was odd they hadn’t called me since it was on auto fill, but I drove up to have it filled and they informed me that they had just filled it and couldn’t fill it again for three weeks. I went home and searched through the medicine cabinet and discovered they had filled my wife’s high blood pressure medication which was a higher dose, instead of mine. She had twice as much as she should, and they had filed on my insurance. I took both bottles up to the pharmacy to show them what they had done and asked them to fix their mistake. They looked at the bottles and told me there was nothing they could do. I called their regional office the next day, explained the situation to them and they said they would investigate and get back with me, no call ever came. I moved all my scripts to another pharmacy the next week. That was five years ago. Fast forward to two weeks ago. I had hand surgery and the doctor prescribed 5mg Percocet for the pain. He refused to use my usual pharmacy and my secondary pharmacy was out of stock. I begrudgingly allowed him to send it to CVS. I waited for the call to tell me it was ready, but the call never came. So on Saturday evening I called to see if it was ready, yes, I was told it was there. I said I would pick it up Sunday afternoon. On Sunday afternoon, I dropped in to pick it up, and yes, you guessed it, they didn’t have it ready, they didn’t even have a record of the prescription. Do business with CVS if you must, but Caveat Emptor."
"I just stood at the drop off window for 20 minutes and wasn't help. Someone did say that they would be with me shortly, but never did. Instead he started working on something else. I get all of my prescriptions at this location and have never had such terrible service, or I should say lack of service. I think that I need to pull all of my monthly prescriptions from here and switch to somewhere that I am treated better and not just passed over for someone at the drivethrough or at the other counter."
