"I will be pulling my family's prescriptions from CVS and will never use CVS for so much as Tylenol ever again. All because of one Pharmacy Manager. I have used this location for the last five years and never had a single issue until this new Pharmacy Manager took over two months ago. Last month, October 2023, when I had issues with the pharmacist filling a prescription she gave me the Customer Care number. I called in and spoke with an Internal Pharmacy Supervisor who assured me I was absolutely correct about the situation, that the pharmacist was wrong, and that her District Supervisor would be reaching out to her to discipline her and make sure she was aware of the correct CVS policies and State Regulations. It's pretty sad when a customer knows their policies better than their pharmacists. I figured the situation was handled but was sorely mistaken. Here we are in November of 2023, I'm trying to fill the prescription and have the exact same issue. I call in to the Customer Care line again, and while waiting for a call back from the Internal Pharmacy I was speaking with the Customer Care Representatives who again assured me I was absolutely correct but there was nothing they could do until the Internal Pharmacy called me back. Which again, is ridiculous that they tell me I'm right but I can't pick up a medication I can't function without because it's up to the sole discretion of the store Pharmacist who doesn't even know what she's doing. While expressing this concern, I was transferred to a "Floor Manager" for the Customer Care line named Melissa who blatantly lied to me twice, once about the notes on my account from the Internal Pharmacist that literally read her notes to me when she left them, and again when she told me I couldn't speak to the Internal Pharmacy on the weekend when last month when I had this issue I spoke with the Internal Pharma on the weekend. When I called her out on it and told her I hoped the call was recorded and asked if I could speak with her supervisor she became extremely rude, told me no, almost refused to give me her name, and said I was verbally assaulting her. Wow. As a Divisional Manager for a nationwide bank it is asanine to me that CVS is willing to lose customers and tarnish their reputation because of a single pharmacist that doesn't even know what they are doing. I don't know where this pharmacist came from but they should make sure she knows what she's doing before staking their business on her. To her District Manager; if you see this review, I would think and hope you would, feel free to reach out to me. You already have my information from last month when the Internal Pharmacy passed it along to you and asked you to call me, which you didn't. To any readers of this review; if you travel for work like I do and need to pick up prescriptions at regular intervals, avoid this pharmacy at all costs."
"Two hours to get a prescription filled. I spent two hours goofing off around town and then went to CVS to get my prescription and they told me it would be 30 minutes nobody was in the store. Nobody was in line all they were doing was goofing off and gossiping about people in the back."
"The service from the pharmacist on 1/18/23 was horrendous!! The tech was great and had great customer service skills but the tall rude female pharmacist needs to go back to school on how to treat customers who show respect. I was not in a rush nor did I portray that I was but she made it a point to be rude. And treat me like I was being impatient! Acting like I pulled her from something so more important than doing her job and helping the customer. Wait, I did pull her away from tying up the phone lines for her to have her password reset for something that had nothing to do with her job!! Rude! Disrespectful!! Will never go here again!!"
"I've been using this pharmacy for years. The reason I'm rating one star is because of a single pharmacist. The usual pharmacist is fantastic, she knows my family by name as we all fill here. However, when the older gentleman is here from whatever his usual pharmacy is, the service is atrocious. I have currently been standing here for 24 minutes with no one but me in line, no one on the phone and he hasn't even acknowledged me. I finally had to just tell him, sir I have prescriptions ready and have to get to work. And then he was rude and acted like I was pulling him away from a life or death situation."
"This pharmacy used to be wonderful now it's horrible. The wait time are hours even after you are given a certain time. I was told 24hrs to fill last time I went and 7 hours yesterday for two prescriptions. Customer is rude everytime. Switching pharmacys after being there 6 years extremely disappointed."
