"I’ve been calling to get the status of my RX for antibiotics for over 4 hours. Automated system kept telling me it’s not ready. I finally got a live person who said it was ready. So the automated system lies? Why would they have a system that tells customers that they have NOT filled their RX?? Last time I had called and was told it WAS ready, it wasn’t and I waited another 20 minutes at the pharmacy for them to get it filled. I’ll be looking into changing pharmacies tomorrow!"

"This pharmacy has gone way, way downhill. They close without notice at random times, and still send out texts telling you to come get your meds. If your prescription has an insurance issue they just set it aside and nothing ever happens. The staff seems nice, but the operation is badly mis-managed."
