"I’ve used this particular pharmacy for over 10 years with no problems and the staff has always been knowledgeable and polite. However, now they have hired a young gentleman named Thomas that has been nothing but rude over the phone to me and is unwilling to help me. One person can have a drastic change on a companies success or failure. And, as long as Thomas is there speaking rudely to customers I forecast a decline in their business! He is horribly disrespectful!"

"Went in to get an ankle walker boot that was priced $40.00 on their website. Husband gets there and they charged him $75.00 for it. Called to ask them about it and was told that they don't give refunds. If it is priced a certain price on the website then it should be that same price when you go into the store. Never again will I do business with them."
