"Not sure if this is a new employee but… my car had been having trouble starting reliably and had to be jumped a couple times. I brought my car in to check the battery and potentially buy a new one if needed. The young employee who helped me was perplexed as to why I would want the battery checked if my car was having trouble turning over. Lol. He didn’t seem confident using the tool and told me my battery was good after a couple seconds. I left feeling like I hadn’t gotten any useful information or help. He also didn’t notice my terminals had some corrosion/build up which was caught when I got a second opinion. I also stood waiting for help for about 5 minutes at the counter when no other customers were waiting. Service could just have been better."
