"This place use to be a decent place not any more. They don’t do what they say. I need my tires balanced and they didn’t even balance them but charged me, I left a and it drove horrible. I took it to Jones tire shop in Moore east of I-35 on 27 about 2-3 miles, wow and I say wow, what a change in the driving. They said there was no balance weights on these tires so now I know about Pablo’s. BEWARE don’t take your vehicle there take it to Jones tire in Moore and they can beat a price on tires, stay away from Pablo’s and it’s a little drive down south but you will be much happier. Jones Tire Shop a 10 out of 10, Pablo’s a 1 out of 10, and they are so much, much more friendly."

"These guys are quick, there's no doubt of that. That said, attention to detail isn't great. Today my TPMS light went off, so I double checked my tire pressures. Max PSI for my tires is 50. Two of my tires had so much pressure that they maxed out my pressure gauge, so I can't say what the number was, only that it was greater than 50. Very uncool to have to double check a $130+ service."

"The guy who replaced my tire got the impact wrench stuck on a nut. He proceeded to hit it with another tool attempting to remove it. He missed & chipped my rim TWICE. I immediately stopped him & pointed out what he had just done. He ignored me & continued. I notified the owner and he disregarded me & when I asked him if they were going to fix it he flat out said No. Neither him or his employee apologized."

"we’re from out of state and had a cracked rim, called multiple Different places and Pablos is the only one that was willing to help. they just so happened to have the exact type of rims that we need, Got us four rims and four new tires for an extremely good price, and put them on extremely fast, the only thing I wish is that this was a local shop because I would give them my business. Every time I needed work done on my tires."
