"Terrible place, they steal your truck parts and lie about the repairs they did. They use old parts as replacements. I took my truck there for a Nox sensor that was bad. Before we got there everyone spoke English but when the repairs started no one understood English. They charged over $2000 for repairs and we still had to tow our truck to the Dealership from the shop to get it repaired. The managers would not stop repairs when we requested for him to stop, he told my driver to do whatever he wants to do. They kept our truck for 5 straight days and could not replace a Nox sensor. We even called the local Freightliner to try to explain where the sensor was but the technician acted like he couldn’t understand English. From our understanding the owner is not around and the technicians are taking advantage of customers, they repair your truck and give you an estimate as a receipt. Strange thing is they tried to charge us for things that were not replaced but luckily our driver had photos of the parts from a breakdown so we threatened to call the police and they took them off the receipt. They were also asking for cash payment but we refused and paid by card. Update: Premier Freightliner was able to solve the original issue, apparently all the truck needed was an ECM update for about $480. R&D repairs caused some other damages that were not related to the original problem, we are looking for about an additional $1500 repairs for the extra damages that will be taken care of later. Be very weary of this place."

"I think I’ll run out of words trying to say all the good things about this place. They go above and beyond to serve you with all your repair needs. I had an issue with my DOC and DPF filter. It took a long time for them to resolve it but despite my truck being in the shop for 2 weeks, they only charged me labor for the work done. Came out with a solution so I don’t have to pay with an arm and a leg, very genuine prices. Labor always seem high to everyone, but they only charge you for the time a mechanic spends on working on the truck. Unlike other repair shops that’ll charge you for parking fees, and absurd hours of labor. I Highly recommend taking your truck out there for even regular inspections and maintenance.
