"I bought 4, 83 dollar tires. Alignment, and wipers. All was good until I discovered they charged me 66:00 for a free replacement warranty. I go back and Nathan only returns 58:00 and then tries to explain how if I charge you 66 and I'll refund you back 58:00 is correct. It's not but how are you willing to put up with for 8:00 bucks and a trip back. Nobody said a word if I hadn't seen it, thank you for the 66 dollars donation. First thing I told Nathan was I want to keep it cheap and I bought 83 dollar tires, then nobody says a word they add the 66 dollar secret warranty and only gave back 58."

"I’ve used the other guys for my business for quite some time. Recently started using Discount and had a great experience and thought I found our companies new tire shop. I was wrong. They are just like the other big tire shops. Ford deal recently rotated my tires and wanted to rebalance them for us on the vehicle I brought in today. I told them I’ll take it to my preferred tire shop. I setup an appointment for balance and alignment and drove across town since it’s the closest that actual does alignments. After the gentlemen looked at it he told me that the tires have too much wear to balance. I told him I didn’t come to buy tires I came for balance and alignment. He handed me my keys back and said they can’t do it. The pressure to buy tires from these places is incredible. Time to find a different tire shop. Just a note, I took the attached picture in their parking lot when leaving. There is no reason they couldn’t balance my tires."

"I love discount tire and use them for my whole family nation wide. I went to discount tire this morning to get my tires rotated. I did arrive early as I was close to the location and didn't care to drive home to turn around. I arrived at 730 knowing they were not scheduled to open at 8. All the staff we sitting around the waiting area until 8 straight up even though people were standing outside. Would have thought more of them had they opened early with people waiting. One person left as they would not open."
