"I was in for a oil change 03/12/24 everything for the most part was smooth after waiting over an hour for an oil change. Until not even 12 hours later 03/13/24 as i'm driving the entire heat shield for the bottom of the car is hanging off making an awful scratching sound. So i pulled off and proceeded to call them, they explained they would have some one out quickly(waited over an hour and a half for a tech) Once said tech was there turns out they sent him from a store of meridian because this store wasn't competent enough to fix their mistake. I did get a refund from corporate and made them aware of the situation. But I would avoid going to this one no matter what. Please drive the extra 10 mins guys, i wish i would have. Could have saved 2 and a half hours of my time and money."
"Just had the most polite and professional oil change in my life. Not sure if there is new ownership/management, but the whole visit was great. Ivan killed it. It feels weird to be so impressed by a oil change experience."
"BEWARE OF TIRE ROTATION. Unfortunately I have exhausted all options and have given Valvoline every opportunity to make things right. I own a 2020 Subaru Outback. I came in to have my tires rotated. When washing my car a few weeks later I noticed ALL FOUR RIMS had been scorched in the lug nut well. I went to Valvoline and expressed my concern. I inquired about valvoline using nylon coated sockets to avoid this issue. The area director advised that they do not use those and cant help if things get scratched. I followed up with " so everyone is subject to wheel damage when getting a tire rotation" He firmly voiced that " there is no one else you can email or call because this is a franchise and we will not be fixing your rims " From the franchise agreement provided online it states correct tooling is provided. Why am I being told they do not have tooling to complete a tire rotation without damage? Is this the brand representation Valvoline commits to? Is corporate not holding any accountability to franchises? I have worked in a lube bay, yes it is very easy to scratch rims and yes it is very easy to NOT scratch rims. I asked to pull the video footage from the day. I was told it was on a loop recording for 30 days. How is anyone going to be held accountable for anything if something arises 30 days after the fact? I have lost all faith in Valvoline taking responsibility and I am now reaching out on different social media avenues. I worked so hard to afford this car and this has seriously depreciate the value."
