"If it's not a jeep they don't know what they're doing. And even if you do have a jeep i wouldnt trust them. They replace critical components with cheap Napa re-manufactured parts. Also they decided to pry open my glove box to find the lug key, snapped the latch left me with a glove box that will not close and has pry marks all over the top. They denied responsibility. I have spent almost 4k here and completely regret it. I went to them will full intentions to support a local small business in my community, I've never felt compelled to leave a review anywhere especially a negative one but maybe this could help save you guys money and a headache. I've got alot more on the event that occurred when I took my vehicle here but you get the gist."
"They find the issue you brought the jeep in for and fix it. Then they find everything else that is wrong let you know if it's critical or not and give you the option to fix it or not and the cost. You think we'll all shops do that well not with honesty! How do I know? I do most of my repairs myself and know my jeep very well they did not recommend any unnecessary repairs what so ever! The prices of labor are cheap and the repairs are done with above and beyond care. The most impressive shop I have ever dealt with."
"Okay this is a truly long horrible situation from a first time user(and only time). So, first i had electrical issue in steering column. Had no light switch, blinker, or horn that worked. Second issue was i thought was a rear axle shaft break. The vehicle had a powertrain and aftermarket warranty. I did ask if they did warranty work before setting up an appointment with the front desk. So i waited five days for my appt. Took it in on a tuesday evening so i hoped to get have a diagnoses by thursday on both issues. Here is where it starts.. Front desk tells me shop is busy and let them have a few days so i wait until Friday to call about it. They tell me they are still working on it. Monday call again midafternoon and am told its the turn and wiper switches they got them approved by warranty. Which that was misdiagnosed by tech. So, I CALL wednesday they (finally a week later) find out warranty wont cover axle because of oversized tires and lift being on jeep and justifying not their fault on that one. So, back to misdiagnose though it was the clockspring but other warranty doesnt cover clock springs I did verify from warranty company a clockspring is not under coverage parts. Through this whole week i didnt receive one phone call from them about the jeep unless i called them about it until thursday. Where i was informed repairs were done and i owed 700$ to them for a clockspring that i didnt approve to have done because i didnt know about it or get a phone call about. Balldropping news, right? So, jeep isnt fixed but i knew they were open saturday so i made plans to get the jeep and pay my bill that day. Upon entering the storefront, owner chris warden greeted me we had a conversation about the bill to which he said he would talk with his shop and try to help or make this right about the situation and that my jeep wasnt put back together on axle yet. I was a little put off by this because i was told i could pick it up anytime. During the conversation, he explained he knew the warranty on axle would be declined because of named reasons above and how he dont work on jeeps for free. But again i asked beforehand if they did warranty work. I didnt know i would be declined and they did agree to look into my jeep as well. Its a sticky bad situation to us both. And i do feel bad for the time they wasted on it. Fast forward to monday.. i go in to store to pay thinking well chris and i talked maybe we are okay. I received a 10% discount for the miscommunication and situation 700.40$. So, i cashed out took the jeep home on a trailer. Tuesday evening i get under and start to disassembly rear axle because now i have to get my jeep fixed myself. After pulling axle shafts and draining the diff fluid i discover they just slapped me for another one. By not properly reassembling the elocker into place or even bother running the wires through pumpkin and hooking them up. It broke the electronic connection to my elocker inside. That part is 254$ to replace. So this is a long review, and not all of my problems are in this because it would be a novel but here is my review if you dont read anything else. So, real review summary, bad communication, poor work quality, and front desk is slightly rude So, save your hard earned money on any jeep related problems that arent tires and wheels. UPDATE.. Today i was text by two different owners of iron goat and through the conversations there was clarity by both sides. Though, they were nice people to text. We know this was a bad issue and will not be seeing eye to eye on it. We did get to understand each others points of view kinda. i was offered a discount on parts to repair my jeep so i believe they are passionate and caring about their garage. Like i said it was just a bad situation and they are moving forward to improve their business in the near future. i truly believe that is awesome and i do appreciate their handling of this and time to talk with me about it."
"These guys are excellent! I've brought my truck there twice now, once for a light bar, rear light, and under carriage lights put on. They were fast, affordable, professional, and nice. The second time they changed my struts, oil pan and lowered my transmission fluid. Again, same excellent service! Highly recommend."
"Barb is the best Guys too good work and fair price. Show room full of jeep goodness"
