"I've been a customer of this location for nearly 15 years bringing multiple automobiles. They did alright for a decade or so. A few weeks ago I brought one of my automobiles for a tire rotation and oil change. The receipt showed both tasks were done, but the tire rotation was actually not done. Even more important than that, the man that's managing the store, Roy, is very unfriendly and terrible at customer service. He'll generally act like a quiet version of a jerk. I took my business elsewhere and recommend you do also."

"I have been a customer of this location for almost two decades. After my experience the last few days I will never bring a vehicle here again. After my fourth trip in for the same issue arriving when they opened I was told they had other appointments to get to and it would be a busy day due to a sale they were having. That was after being there twice yesterday. The attitude of management is anything but customer service. Try another Hibdon, or another brand all together. Something changed at this location in the last couple of years and it wasn’t for the better."

"They satisfactorily fixed my both my leaking tire and replaced my flat tire, as well as a new wheel. The old wheel was dented at the rim which is where my tire lost air & went flat. The prices were reasonable, as well! I was in & out faster than I expected!"

"I went there without an appointment, and waited 4 hours for new tires. That being said, I should have made an appointment, so that's on me. That being said, the service was great, the tires are perfect and everyone was nice and joking around. Great place, just make an appointment."
