"Wow is all I can say about the service here! Jayme Miller was my angel in disguise this past weekend when I came in with a flat tire! The place was absolutely packed but he made me, my husband and parents feel like celebrities! He took care of us right away, kept us updated, made sure we had everything we needed (including coffee for the cold day). Then to top it off the tire repair and placement back onto my vehicle was free! Big O Tire and Jayme restored my faith in humanity and kindness again. Who knew?!?!? Fair prices and the customer service is what makes this place. These guys are straight shooters and have always given my cars what the needed so I can keep them running.
