"I purchased a used Rav4 with a rebuilt title and quickly noticed that when the car got wet (rain or car wash) that water pooled in the lift gate. I took it to Unique and Nate assessed the situation. I brought the car back a different day since it was suggested I leave it there all day. Justin did the work and it just needed some caulking. I also spoke to Will on the phone and he was friendly. Not a major repair but I felt good about each person I interacted with as well as the outcome."
