Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Multicare

"1/3/24 - Service was great and fast for emissions, I told them I did not need oil change or sticker, because I had to go to DMV for new plates. I would have given them a 5 had it not been for the fact they took out 2 air filter 1 of which was the cabin filter, behind the glove box. I know it was broken after going to Jiffy Lube, because I never had an issue getting in and out of my glove box. Yesterday, I opened the glove box to put my receipt in and could not close it. I finally discovered the issue was behind the glove box, I pulled the problem out and my husband told me what it was. He attempted to put it back on, unfortunately he discovered the interior tabs on both sides are broken, the door cannot be re-attached and the fumes from that cabin opening is really bothering me, which needs immediate resolve. I contacted the store, unfortunately there was no manager on site. I will be follow-up on Monday. I am willing to to change my rating once Jiffy Lube has resolved the issue, hope to not make this a legal issue."

I saw Justin most recently for my oil change and he was very helpful and kind. I know they will do a good job every time! They always offer extra things and are great about giving me all my options :) Can’t recommend this Jiffy Lube enough!"

The first visit left me without a mileage sticker, and when I returned a week later, they claimed they hadn't recorded my mileage or vehicle info. On my second visit, they spilled oil without informing me, leading to a smoky engine. Disappointed with the lack of attention to detail."

"I made a mistake on my car doing some self-service, so I decided to take it in to get it fixed by "professionals." I called ahead they knew the issue after "fixing" it my car got worse I called to see if there was anything they could do they told me no and that it was my fault the car wasn't working even though I paid them money I don't really have for them to fix it. I will never be using this facility again."
