"They did good work, not perfect, but it was good. Time to repair this damage was about 3 months. The body work they did was 5/5, the interior was sub par, I’d give it a 2.5 rating. (We had interior damage as a result of repairs being made, they did fix it though.). We found out that they subcontracted out the dropping of the dash, and interior screws and clips were missing upon their attempt to initially hand back over the vehicle. They missed clearing and sealing the door jamb. The final detail left a strange smell, and residue all over the place on the inside that simply needed to be wiped down. The final outstanding issues we have are that we are missing our front passenger side floor mat for some reason, and part of the center console isn’t properly aligned. Communication was ok, we worked with Brittany, and she did go above and beyond to work with us, and we are grateful for that. Given the amount of time that they had our vehicle, Jim Norton, was able to provide a loaner for us, and for that we were grateful. This was our kid hauler, we are a family of 7, so sedans don’t typically work. I would use them again but only to have a Toyota worked on. Not sure I’d send another domestic there in the future despite it being recommended by my insurance company. Looking to have these last items remedied and we can call it good."
