"I've been a customer for 10 years and have referred numerous others. Last year they stopped returning phone calls and voice mail. I would drop by during business hours and it would be closed. Found out our home insurance provider was going into bankruptcy at the end of this year (right after I renewed) by a letter from provider. Contacted Ron in mid-October (he actually answered) and expressed my concern. He assured me he had hired capable people and would be getting us new quotes. I never spoke to anyone else in his office again despite calling and going by more times than I can count. I finally had to finding another Broker. She informed me the date the the insurance provider was canceling all policies and date was actually moved up to Dec 18th, not the 31st. Good thing I'm on top of my policies (2 with same company). Save yourself a big headache. Really disappointed I patronized this business for all of these years to be treated terribly."

"BEST!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Speak to Ron or the young gentleman. Ron's most helpful & honest agent I've ever had. I own a business and brought my cars and home over for their bundled deals. I was skeptical after the first review which wasn't 5 star, but I came in and was they treated me similar to Chick-fil-A. They gave me and my kids a bottled water, they were nice to my kids, and were patient in explaining my policy. I've lived in Yukon for a while and after being jerked around, I'm glad I landed here. Best price and good people, would recommend having your previous insurance too. Ron showed me where my last agent was pocketing my money and turned out he was right!!
