Walmart Auto Care Centers

"I have to say that I usually do not use Walmart's Auto Department. However, I went and had four new tires put on and an oil change. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until they had the wheels off of my car and told me I needed 10 new lug nuts which they did not carry, in order for them to finish the job. They told me I was responsible for getting the lug nuts, LOL When I asked without my vehicle how am I supposed to do that? The response was AutoZone to parking lots over, a good ways to walk, had them and stop usually. Needless to say I was not happy but, glad I had my tennis shoes on. I had to walk to AutoZone where they had 9 of the 10 lug nuts that I needed and directed me to Napa which was a little further away to get the last one. Needless to say I was not happy but, figured I could use the exercise and I do walk pretty fast. All said and done, 3 hours later I was finished at Walmart. The young man who was doing my repairs was very kind and courteous which I appreciated and rated them four stars for his service."

"I tried calling multiple times on 02-24-24 @ 4:25pm. The auto center never once answered my calls. The front answered & transferred my call back to the auto center. I listened to the music for quite a few minutes, the man finally answered, did not say 1 word & I assume put the phone down, because I could hear his entire conversation w/another customer. I waited on that call for several minutes, & finally got fed up w/listening to their conversation about their payment & Julia Robert's, I hung up, & tried to call again, & again no answer! Sad to say, Wal-Mart as a whole, has went downhill. They seem to ONLY hire EVERYONE w/zero work ethic, laziness, extreme poor customer service qualities, & entitled idiots who seem to think they do NOT have a job to do!"

"They had my new tires mounted and balanced in under an hour. The price was very reasonable."

"Worst service I have ever had. The people are complete morons and have no idea of what they are doing. Waited 2 hours for a oil change and they never got my car in the bay. Even though they said I was next."

"I just went in to get my oil changed and they said they were short staffed and they were only doing tires or batteries! This is very frustrating and annoying ! It’s not the customers fault that they are short staffed and they should still do what the customer needs!"
