"In September I took my car in because my brakes were feeling soft. They found $2000 of things that “need to be done”. I don’t know a lot about cars so I authorized it. $4,000 later I picked up my car. Last week I stepped on the brake and the pedal went to the floor. Called Christian Brothers and was told that yes it could be repaired under the warranty parts and labor at no cost. They put on $400 of parts not covered under the warranty and told me they needed to put another $2,000 part. I did not authorize that, picked up my car today and brakes are worst than when I took it in. If you don’t have a money tree in your yard DON’T take your car to them."

"Very professional and clean environment. The staff was friendly and helpful. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, or that I was being sold services that I did not need. For me it just came down to cost. I can't speak to the quality of their work but I can say they place a value on it higher than what I was able to afford. Was it worth the savings to take it to another shop? I may never know, but it was certainly the best option for me at the time. Give them a try and decide for yourself."
